User training and on-boarding

Super users and day-to-day staff are trained on the configured system — learning it in the context of their own workflows and data, not generic demos.

Step 5

User acceptance testing

Your team validates the system against real scenarios in user acceptance testing — confirming it does what your lab needs, and meets your compliance requirements, before launch.

Step 6

Go live

The system moves into production. With training complete and UAT signed off, your lab works in Scifeon for real — with Scifeon support continuing well beyond launch.
